Some medical advice that a person will hear today is to add fiber to your diet.  Fiber is a necessary part of a person’s diet because it has so many benefits.

Most people do not eat a healthy enough diet including the proper amount of fiber each day. Due to the lack of fiber in our  daily diets many people, especially seniors, can experience constipation issues.  This, in turn, can cause back pain or back soreness.  The Institute of Medicine recommends that each person consumes between 25 gr.
